후기

• 지원 시점(10/23/21)으로부터 약 3개월만에 연락이 옴(1/14/22)
• 아마도 이미 오퍼를 받은 사람이 취소해서 TO가 생긴 것으로 생각한다.
• RippleMatch라는 사이트를 통해 프로필을 입력하고 질문에 3문장 이상 답하도록 함. 해당 답변을 커버레터로 대체하겠다고 쓰여있었지만 전체 프로세스상으로 크게 의미가 있는 단계는 아니라고 느껴졌다.
• Online text interview를 2일안에 끝내줄 것을 요청했고 그렇지 않으면 자리가 닫힌다고 했다.
• 제한시간이 없고 답변을 계속해서 수정할 수 있는 채팅형식의 인터뷰
• 이런 형식의 인터뷰를 인터뷰라고 할 수 있는건지 의문이었다. 새로운 형식이라 신선했다.
• 대체로 어려운 질문이라고 느껴졌다. 모든 질문에 답하고 나니 플랫폼에서 자동 분석한 피드백을 보내줬다.
